Our Company

Pavement Services has been in business since 1980. We serve the Houston area and surrounding counties. Our shop is located at 6437 McGrew by Hobby Airport. With any business you’re only as good as your employees and this seems more true in the construction business. Most of our employees have been with the company over 5 to 10 years. We own all our equipment and have an extensive line of credit with all our suppliers. Pavement services will never ask for money up front. We only bill the customer after the job is complete and you are satisfied with the job we did. Pavement Services is fully insured with workman’s comp and general liability and we will gladly supply you a certificate before we start your job.

Steve Romine

Owner Operator Steve Romine is the Owner of Pavement Services.  He bids on all jobs and manages the paving crew for every job to assure high quality workmanship and service. Customer satisfaction has been, and will always be, our number one goal. Our crews take great pride in knowing that you, the customer, are totally satisfied. In any business, the longer key employees stay, the smoother the business will run. In the paving business, this fact seems more true. Our employees make sure that the little details that go into a high quality paving job get taken care of for every job.
